An attractive, all-year creek runs the whole length of one long boundary and has some picturesque large trees along its banks. The resort has it's own water well and storage tank and has 220 volt, 3 phase electricity, run underground in the main resort area.

There is approximately 640 feet of main road frontage on the Western Highway and it is located only about 6 miles from San Ignacio, the main inland tourist centre for the country of Belize. It is also one mile to the beginning of the Mountain Pine Ridge Road and about 14 miles to Belmopan, the country's capital.
