In beautiful Belize, nestled on the banks of Sittee River, Jungle Oasis is centrally located between the Great Barrier Living Reef and the Maya Mountains. It is a tranquil and secluded lodge in the mist of a tropical setting that sits aside a wide jungle river winding

its way down to the Caribbean Sea. Located within a few minutes to the worlds only Jaguar Preserve, the longest stretch of continuous coral reef in the western hemisphere, plus many Maya ruins, jungle trails, caves and water falls.

This extraordinary Eco River Lodge is nestled away, secluded on a 10 acre jungle property with 200 ft of water frontage along the Sittee River. The main house has over 3,000 sq. ft of living space almost 100 feet of balcony and a large River Room 15 x 50 used for both relaxing or as an eating area.  In the main lodge there are 2 tastefully decorated rental units on the main floor with living area, bedroom and each full bathroom. Their also is an efficiency Cabana Cabin high up on posts separate from the main lodge with a full kitchen. The maim kitchen is a professional kitchen all stainless steel appliances, ice making machine, stainless center island, large freezer, dishwasher, pots pans, blender and all kitchen accessories. In total there are 7 bathrooms, extremely large storage area which easily can be converted into several more rental units. Lodge is completely furnished and has many one kind artifacts and artwork that is included in the sale price. Owner also is willing to include 2 4x4 Trucks, 1 Caravan, boat, 2 x canoes. There is a huge workshop about 1,500 sq. ft. measures 30 x50 feet and 2 separate drive in sheds.  Swimming pool with a thatched roof open air building for outdoor entertaining or can be used as bar or party room area beside the pool.

This property is surrounded with an abundance of natural vegetation, large variety of fruit bearing trees such as sour sap, mangos, breadfruit, banana, pineapple, plantain, custard velvet and mommy apple trees, coconuts and several more. Some animals spotted by the property are jaguars, tree dog, cardamom, manatees, armadillo, possum, puma, night walker & howler monkeys, parrots, toucans, woodpecker, and many more. This unique river property has some of the most superior fishing for snook, horse eye jack, jewfish, tarpon, and snapper all from the river.
