BULLET TREE FALLS VILLAGE, CAYO

A small resort located on the outskirts of Bullet Tree Falls Village.

The resort is located on 6.14 acres of high land giving some nice views of the surrounding countryside. It has a main house, 3 cabanas and a kitchen / bar.

The two-storey, cement and wood house has two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. Upstairs there is a one bedroom apartment, with bath, and a separate bedroom. There is a balcony along the front of the house.

The 3 cabanas each have a private bath and here is a shared kitchen / bar.

With some large trees and has much wildlife and many different bird varieties. The domestic area has been landscaped with shrubs, flowers and trees. There is evidence of Maya occupation on the property.

The property is about ¼ mile from the Mopan River and a further ¾ miles from Bullet Tree Village. Bullet tree is about 2 miles from San Ignacio, the mainland centre for tourism.
