BEACHFRONT LOT

This lot is on the beach and has a road beside it.  (some lots in this area do not have road access but this one does.).  The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and the previous owner added a large living/sitting room on the entire width of the wall facing the beach.  The door to this room faces the ocean.  The house has been vacant for several years so therefore will need some good ole cleanup.  As for the renovations...there is some required.  The house is right on the beach.  Previous owners had a plan to just build an open deck in front from one end of the house to the other. You could then sit back with your favourite cold drink and enjoy the waves coming in and looking for the manatee.  And when you feel like it you could dig your toes into the sand, walk through the yard, take a dip into the sea and let the salt water relax your body.  On calm days you can see your knees and ankles in the water.  There is a bus in Hopkins that takes you into Dangriga (which has an airport and a hospital).  The bus ride takes about 20-30 minutes.
