The resort consists of the following buildings:
The main 2-storey building (almost 3,000 sq. ft.) hosting the office/reception area and a gift shop.
Upstairs is currently being used for accommodation but can be easily converted to a restaurant.

Three 2-storey villas giving 6 independent large rental units each with a/c and fans and each with a balcony or patio. With additional, temporary beds, each unit could sleep up to 10 guests.

A 3 bed, 2 bath house can be used by the owner or manager (or as a rental unit) and another 3 bed, 1 bath house is currently used by an employee. Both houses have large, fenced yards.

Additional buildings include: a poolside bar/restaurant; a kitchen; bathrooms/changing rooms/showers; storeroom/pool equipment; greenhouse; and a large, thatched roof gymnasium and spa (3 rooms, 2 bath, massage tub).

The resort boasts an impressive 60' x 28' pool (the largest in the Cayo District) with a spacious surrounding tiled patio area.

Of the 70 acres of land available for use, only about four are currently being utilized by the resort. The remainder is approximately half cleared and half in forest with some of the land being rented for an approximate income of US$2,000 per year. Most of the surrounding area is farmland which ensures the privacy and quietness of the resort. There is a wide variety of wild and bird life.

An attractive, all-year creek runs the whole length of one long boundary and has some picturesque large trees along its banks. The resort area is very nicely landscaped with an extremely large collection of plants and trees including many fruit trees: papaya, mango, craboo, coconut, avocado, pineapple, suriname cherry, banana, sour sap, custard apple and lime.

The resort has it's own water well and storage tank and has 220 volt, 3 phase electricity, run underground in the main resort area.

There is approximately 640 feet of main road frontage on the Western Highway and it is located only about 6 miles from San Ignacio, the main inland tourist centre for the country of Belize. It is also one mile to the beginning of the Mountain Pine Ridge Road and about 14 miles to Belmopan, the country's capital.
